I think Miley should rank closer to the top by next year. I mean she has the Hannah Montana Show, she's on her dads, Billy Ray Cyrus, show and she has a worldwide concert (best of both worlds tour).... and not to mention her popular cd that little girls just love, which she has promoted on MTV TRL show. Oh, and she has a 3D movie of her concerts that is selling out super fast!

Hilary Duff sure has a good position on the list! That girl is PAID!

• Lohan And Duff Friends Again. The feud between Lindsay Lohan and Hilary Duff is over. Duff says she ended all the "weird weirdness" between them. "Lindsay and I were out at the same place, and we were like, 'Let's get this out of the way.' And she was really nice, and I was really nice," the Hilary told Canada's Globe and Mail. Duff says the whole thing reminds her of her high school years when she was shooting her television series and friends would share their "intense" dramas. "They'd say, 'Oh my god, you'll never believe what this guy did,' and I'd be like, 'Hmm, we just shot an episode about that last week.' But it's nice to be able to see Lindsay out and say hi, and not have this weird weirdness."

Maksim Myaskovskiy, 18, was charged with felony stalking Hilary Duff when he appeared in court Tuesday, and his bail was raised to $1 million.

Myaskovskiy, who pleaded not guilty, was arrested Friday after he made several phone calls from a hotel room to a private security firm employed by Duff.

Court documents said Myaskovskiy "admitted to being 'obsessed' with her, has stated his intention of purchasing a weapon, and has threatened to kill himself and to engage in dramatic actions to get her attention ... and that (her boyfriend) Joel Madden stands in their way."

Hilary Duff’s stalker, Maksim Miakovsky, has been arrested after his obsession turned to death threats against Hilary Duff!

From TMZ:

Manhattan Beach cops arrested Maksim Miakovsky, an 18-year-old Russian emigre, at a Residence Inn last Friday. He was booked on charges of making criminal threats and stalking.

TMZ first reported last month that Duff and her boyfriend, Joel Madden, were terrified that Miakovsky would do harm to them. Duff and Madden asked for a restraining order, alleging that Miakovsky "has stated his intention of ‘removing’ his ‘enemies’ (i.e., those who prevent him from being with her), has stated his intention of purchasing a weapon, and has threatened to kill himself and to engage in dramatic actions to get her attention."

Sources tell TMZ that last Friday, a private investigator from Sunset Protective Services contacted Miakovsky at the Residence Inn and Miakovsky stated his intention of killing Duff on Sunday at an event she was scheduled to attend.

According to legal papers filed by Duff, Miakovsky came to the U.S. "for the sole purpose of meeting and becoming romantically involved with Ms. Duff."

Miakovsky is currently being held on $200,000 bail at the Manhattan Beach jail. He’s scheduled to be arraigned on Tuesday.

Hilary Duff on the set of her new film, War Inc.

I'm hearing reports that the movie title has been changed to "Brand Hauser: Stuff Happens". Not sure as to the truth on that, but we'll see.

Wikipedia changed it to Brand Hauser too. From Wikipedia.com...

Brand Hauser is a dark political satire Starring John Cusack and Hilary Duff. Cusack co-wrote and will produce the film which will be directed by Josh Seftel. It was, at the start of rumors, known as War Inc.

Cusack plays an assassin assigned to kill a Middle East oil minister. His cover is that he's producing a large trade show that includes a wedding between a local pop star and a politician, but complications ensue. The film, which also stars Marisa Tomei and Cusack's sister Joan Cusack, is currently filming in Bulgaria, and is due for release late 2007.

Singer/actress Hilary Duff has used the opportunity as guest editor of US magazine, Seventeen, to hand out financial advice.

Hilary, who turned 19 last week, recently edited the October 2006 issue of the teenage girls' magazine and she decided to issue guidelines on how to use credit cards.

She says, "So many of my friends have started getting credit cards, and the banks don't really tell you how this works, like 'Do this, but don't do that.'

"So it was important for me to put financial info in there, to let kids know that you have to pay attention to certain things and not fall into a trap.

"It's only been within the last two years that I started to get interested in my business and my money and how investments work. I had no clue before. But I've learned so much just sitting with my business manager."
